Description
During the preparation of this chocolate, you can add chopped nuts, dried cranberries, cherries, or anything else you think would suit this dessert.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

It is very convenient to prepare all the ingredients at once.
- 2
Step 2

In a small saucepan, pour water and place a metal bowl on top, making sure the bottom does not touch the water surface. Put pieces of cocoa butter into the bowl and set the entire setup over low heat—this is a double boiler.
- 3
Step 3

Melt the cocoa butter, constantly stirring with a spatula, until completely dissolved.
- 4
Step 4

Remove the double boiler from the heat and add the dry milk to the bowl with the melted cocoa butter, whisking it into the melted cocoa butter.
- 5
Step 5

Then mix in the powdered sugar until a smooth mixture is obtained.
- 6
Step 6

Place the resulting mixture into convenient chocolate molds (I used silicone ones) and put the filled molds into the refrigerator overnight.
- 7
Step 7

White chocolate is ready — it's very delicious!
