White yeast-free bread in a multicooker

Description

For those who don’t want to fuss with yeast bread, this recipe is a real find. It has helped me out several times. The baked goods have a distinctly sweet flavor, so if you don’t like that kind of bread, you can reduce the amount of honey by half. You can also replace it with sugar, in the amount of 2 tsp. Serve with tea or coffee.

    Prepare the necessary ingredients.

    Sift the flour into a spacious bowl, add salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix well.

    Strip the basil leaves from the stems and finely chop them. Add to the bowl with flour. Mix.

    Add warm milk and sour cream to the flour mixture.

    The finished dough should be smooth, firm, and not stick to your hands. Shape the dough into a ball.

    Grease the multicooker bowl with half of the specified amount of oil. Put the dough into it. Press it down lightly. Leave it for 10 minutes. Then close the multicooker lid and set the "Baking" mode for 40 minutes.

    After the specified time, after the beep, remove the bread from the bowl. Grease the bowl with the remaining butter. Return the bread to the bowl, light side down, and bake for another 30 minutes.
