White sausages
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The original source attributes these sausages to French cuisine. They will perfectly complement your daily menu and also make a great addition to a festive table. Delicious both warm and cold. Can be served with any side dish for lunch or dinner, as well as an appetizer or on a piece of bread as a sandwich for a snack. Regarding preparation, I'd only add that spices should be used to taste and based on what you have at home. These sausages are quite simple to prepare. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the sausage filling. Peel the onion, wash it, finely chop and place in a frying pan. Add the butter.
- 2
Step 2

Fry the onion in butter over low heat, stirring until it becomes translucent.
- 3
Step 3

Wash the pork meat and chicken fillet. Pass through a meat grinder twice together with fried onion.
- 4
Step 4

Place the breadcrumbs in a frying pan, pour in the milk.
- 5
Step 5

Cook the crumbs in milk, constantly stirring to prevent burning, until a smooth, thick consistency is reached.
- 6
Step 6

After cooling the crumbs with milk, add them to the mince. Add salt and spices.
- 7
Step 7

Mix the minced meat and add the egg.
- 8
Step 8

Gradually add the cream, two tablespoons at a time, and mix thoroughly again. At the end, I blended the filling with a blender. It became more uniform and tender.
- 9
Step 9

Place the minced meat on a piece of plastic wrap and shape it into sausages. Refrigerate for 2 to 12 hours.
- 10
Step 10

Then place the sausages in a deep frying pan or a pot with a thick bottom. Pour boiling water over them, add salt and bay leaf. Cook for 20 minutes.
- 11
Step 11

Remove the boiled sausages from the pot, cool them, and peel off the casing. Roll in breadcrumbs and fry in butter in a frying pan.
- 12
Step 12

White sausages are ready. Serve at the table.
