Instructions

Prepare all the ingredients.

Step 2

For the dough, pour warm water, yeast, sugar and a little (1‑2 tbsp) flour into a bowl. Mix. Let stand for 10‑15 minutes until a white foam forms.
- 3
Step 3

Sift the flour and salt into a bowl. Begin to knead the dough gradually.
- 4
Step 4

Knead the dough well so that it becomes soft, uniform, and does not stick to your hands. Knead it for about 10–15 minutes. Then add the vegetable oil and knead the dough well again.
- 5
Step 5

Leave the dough in a warm place for 40–60 minutes to rise, until it doubles in size.
- 6
Step 6

Peel the onion and dice it into small cubes. Sauté in a pan until translucent.
- 7
Step 7

Wash the mushrooms, then run them through a meat grinder until they reach a coarse minced consistency. Or chop them in a food processor. Add the mushrooms to a skillet, season with salt and pepper. Fry until the liquid evaporates, stirring occasionally. Then let the filling cool.
- 8
Step 8

Knead the dough lightly, then divide it into balls of about 50 grams each.
- 9
Step 9

Roll out each ball, place the mushroom filling in the center.
- 10

Mushroom beleshes are ready, enjoy your meal!
