Description

The recipe won't take much time. As you can see, these fried belyashi are quick and easy to make at home. I personally don't like dealing with dough much—I'm just too lazy—so I use store-bought dough. I'll tell you, it's not at all worse, and it makes cooking so much easier! So here's a recipe for belyashi on a skillet that's so simple, you can't get any easier than this! Good luck. The pastry is ready. Serve at the table.

    3. Grease the table with vegetable oil so the dough won't stick. Shape the flatbreads and place the filling on them. The minced meat should lie flat, not heaped up.

    4. Pinch the edges, leaving a small hole in the center. Heat a pan with a generous amount of vegetable oil.
