
Milk Belyashi
Description
Tasty pastries for the whole family. For making belyashi, not only pork mince works, but chicken or a mix of beef and pork in equal parts. Belyashi should always be fried in plenty of vegetable oil, and preferably oil without a strong smell.

Prepare the ingredients.

Pour salt, sugar, and dry yeast into a bowl.

Pour in warm milk.

Add the flour.

Knead the dough.

Leave it for an hour in a warm place, and when it has risen, punch it down with your hand.

Add onion passed through a meat grinder to the minced meat, then salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Mix it very thoroughly.

Divide the dough into equal-sized pieces.

Lightly flatten each one, then add the meat filling.

Shape the belyash by pulling all edges to the centre and sealing them well. Then flatten the belyash.

Heat the vegetable oil in a small saucepan. Add the prepared belyashi. Fry over medium heat until they are nicely browned and golden on all sides.
