Belyashi on kefir
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This recipe is dedicated to lovers of meat buns. Belashis are very simple and quick to prepare, have a wonderful taste, and turn out very filling. One of my favorite dishes—give it a try. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Step 1

Mix the minced onion with the ground meat, add salt, pepper, and spices. Sift the flour together with baking powder and baking soda. Beat the eggs, add half of the kefir, flour, salt, and sugar. Mix thoroughly until no lumps remain, then pour in the remaining kefir and mix again.

Step 2

Heat oil in a skillet, place a spoonful of dough onto the skillet. Fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip the belyashi and fry for another 5 minutes on the other side.

Step 3

The dough should not be too runny; if it spreads too much, reduce the amount of kefir and add more flour.
