Belyashi without yeast
Description
Here is a simple recipe for yeast-free belyashi. The dough is made without yeast, using kefir, eggs, and flour. For the filling, I used store-bought homemade-style ground meat (it's faster). The belyashi rise beautifully during cooking and turn out golden brown and appetizing. Good luck! The baking is ready. Serve at the table.
