Description
For potato lovers, there's nothing better than enjoying dishes made from their favorite ingredient. Traditional Belarusian "kalduny" are a variation of cepelinai. Serve hot kalduny with fresh homemade sour cream, or enjoy them dipped in your favorite sauce. Good luck!

We wash and peel the potatoes. Boil until cooked in salted boiling water.

Combine the ground meat with the egg, salt, and spices.

Now we need to cool the potatoes and mash them into a puree using a food processor. Remove excess liquid by pressing it out.

Roll out a flatbread from the potato dough and place the filling in the center. Shape into dumpling-like buns.
