Protein omelet in a multicooker
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. A protein omelet is a perfect choice for breakfast or a light dinner, especially when served with vegetables, sausages, boiled meat, or sauces. It takes just a few minutes to make; the main thing is not to forget to grease the multicooker bowl with oil. Serve it hot. The ready dish can be served immediately.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. You can use any eggs: chicken, quail, duck, etc.
- 2
Step 2

Break the chicken eggs, separating the whites from the yolks. If a bit of yolk accidentally gets into the whites—no worries, this isn't making a sponge cake!
- 3
Step 3

Use the yolks to prepare another dish, and add salt to the egg whites, then beat them with a whisk or mixer for about 2-3 minutes. There's no need to beat them into a fluffy foam—just until the volume doubles.
- 4
Step 4

Turn on the "Sauté" mode on the multicooker for 10 minutes, and grease the inner bowl with vegetable oil, including the sides. Pour the egg white mixture into the bowl.
- 5
Step 5

Close the lid and wait for the audible signal. Carefully open the lid to avoid being burned by steam.
- 6
Step 6

Place the protein omelet on a plate and serve with vegetable slices, sausage, etc.
