Protein bread
Description
The recipe won’t take much time. Protein bread is very easy to make. It differs from ordinary bread in that you beat the egg whites with sugar and gradually add them to the dough. You can use dry yeast; you’ll need 7–8 g. Pick a baking pan to suit you, but remember the bread rises a lot in the oven. Protein bread can hold its own against any rolls and loaves. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
