Description
The recipe won't take much time. The combination of fish and cottage cheese may seem unusual, but this dish is both nutritious and healthy. The patties are rich in easily digestible protein and contain very little cholesterol. The classic version doesn't include vegetables, but I particularly enjoy the addition of sautéed onion and carrot. It turns out not only healthy but also delicious. You can serve the dish on its own or with any side dish. It's a great way to diversify your everyday menu. Keep this recipe in mind. Serve hot.
