Description

This recipe won't take much time. Actually, this simple eggless Belgian waffle recipe is perfect for breakfast—it's simply indispensable. Everyone in my family—my husband, my kids, and of course myself—devours these treats with great pleasure. It's hard to resist such deliciousness! I suggest a fairly simple batter, and unlike the original recipe, I don't use eggs. In my opinion, this makes the waffles tastier and fluffier. The only thing you'll need is to buy a waffle maker, as we can't do without it. Other than that, everything is extremely simple. Serve these waffles with whatever you like. Sometimes I just drizzle them with honey or syrup, and it turns out absolutely fantastic. Try this wonderful recipe for eggless Belgian waffles yourself. 1) In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla extract, and spices to your taste (personally, vanilla extract is enough for me). Stir well. 2) In another container, pour milk and add vegetable oil. 3) Gradually, in small portions, pour the milk mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently. The result should be a thick, smooth batter, similar in consistency to sour cream. 4) Lightly grease the waffle maker with a small amount of vegetable oil and wait for it to heat up. 5) Spoon the batter into the waffle molds, spreading it evenly. Close the waffle maker and bake for about 10 minutes, depending on the model. 6) Remove the golden-brown waffles and place them on a plate. Grease the waffle maker with oil again and continue baking until all the batter is used up. As for what to serve the waffles with, that's entirely up to your taste.
