Belgian waffles without butter
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. Belgian waffles turn out very soft and tender—that is how they differ from Vienna waffles, which have a crispy crust. Adjust the amount of sugar in the batter to your taste after trying the first waffle; mine are moderately sweet. If you trust your electric waffle iron, you can skip greasing the plates with oil altogether. The bake is ready. Serve at the table.
