You'll only need three ingredients, so this dessert can confidently be called not only delicious and healthy, but also quite budget-friendly. The finished dessert can be served at the table.

1. To make apple puree, bake the apples whole in the oven. Then carefully remove the flesh with a spoon and place it into a deep bowl. Blend briefly with a blender until smooth.

2. Add sugar, continuing to whisk. While the puree is still hot, the sugar will dissolve quite quickly. Then leave it for about half an hour to cool down.

3. Carefully separate the egg white and add it to the puree.

4. Start beating gradually. To get a gentle and airy Belyov meringue at home, beat until the mixture increases in volume by at least 2 times.

5. Place it on a parchment-lined baking dish and spread evenly. Put it in the oven. Here's an important nuance: bake at a temperature of about 80 degrees Celsius for at least 5 hours. Sometimes it may take up to 8 hours (depending on the shape of the dish and the apple variety).
