Bacon in red wine with asparagus

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Recipe for bacon in wine sauce with asparagus. Serve hot.

   Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add oil. Cut the bacon into medium pieces and place in the pan. Add onion and cook for a couple of minutes.

   Add flour. Continue cooking for 2 minutes.

   Pour in red wine. Bring to a boil, cook for 5 minutes until the liquid reduces by half. Add spices. Cook for another 10 minutes. Meanwhile, boil asparagus in salted water. Serve as a side dish with bacon.
