    Prepare all ingredients.

    Cut the tempeh into thin strips about 2–3 mm.

    For the marinade, mix all the other ingredients except the vegetable oil.

    Place the tempeh strips in a food container and pour the marinade over them. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Arrange the tempeh in a single layer on parchment, brush with vegetable oil, and bake for 20 minutes. You can turn them over once during cooking.
