Eggplant Bacon
Description
The appetizer is quick and easy to prepare. I can't vouch for complete similarity to the original dish, but the bold smoky flavor of plant-based bacon is worth trying. It's perfect for adding to burgers and salads. If you don't have a dehydrator, you can bake the eggplants in the oven for 3–4 hours at 60–70 degrees. Tomato paste and liquid smoke can be replaced with barbecue sauce. And now I'll tell you more in detail. Serve the appetizer at the table.
