Homemade Baileys

Description
Make "Baileys" liqueur at home. I'm sure you'll love it. The drink turns out sweet and creamy, tasting very much like the store-bought version. You can add it to ice cream or other desserts. Also, "Baileys" goes perfectly with chocolate. Serve chilled.

Step 1
First, boil the condensed milk for 1 hour (in the can). Then beat the egg yolks with vanilla sugar and add the condensed milk from the can. Mix thoroughly.

Add instant coffee. Slowly pour in the cream while quickly beating the mixture with a mixer. At the end, add vodka and beat again very thoroughly.

The liqueur should be completely homogeneous.

Very tasty to serve it with a piece of dark chocolate. Good luck!
