Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. A bagel is a golden, fluffy pastry that can be eaten with anything instead of bread or buns. And making it isn't that difficult at all. Try it for yourself and see!

1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in water. Then add salt and flour. Mix well and let stand for two hours in a warm place, covered with a towel.

2. Shape the dough into bagels, using about 80 g of dough for each bagel. Place them on a tray and refrigerate overnight.

3. Sprinkle the baking sheet with flour. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees.

4. Pour water into a saucepan, add baking soda, and bring to a boil. Place the bagels into the boiling water. Boil for 2 minutes on one side, then 1.5 minutes on the other.

5. Place the boiled bagels on a baking sheet and put them in the oven. Bake for 15 minutes, then turn the baking sheet around and bake for another 5 minutes.

6. Let the bagels cool for about 30 minutes, then serve.
