Beef Stroganoff in a pressure cooker
Description
How to quickly prepare beef stroganoff in a pressure cooker at home? It's simple! While the appliance does its job, boil the side dish. You can add sour cream, a little flour, or tomato paste to the meat—adjust to taste. When serving, don't forget to sprinkle with parsley.

3. At the end of frying, add sour cream, mix once again, and select the "Stewing" mode. I usually let it cook for about 20 minutes. While the meat is cooking, prepare the side dish. In my case, it's rice, but you can choose any grain, potatoes, or pasta according to your taste.
