
Beef Stroganoff with vegetables
Description
Here is a simple recipe for beef stroganoff with vegetables. In this recipe, vegetables serve as a side dish. You can use any vegetables you like. I prepared mine in a steamer: carrots, broccoli, and Brussels sprouts. Good luck!

Pound the beef beforehand, then cut it into thin strips.

Slice the onion into half-rings.

Prepare the vegetables for the side dish. The potatoes can be boiled.

Sauté the onion in vegetable oil until translucent. Add tomato paste and sour cream, mix and cook for 3-5 minutes. Season to taste. Meanwhile, in a separate skillet, sauté the meat. Add the cooked meat to the sauce and simmer for another 3-4 minutes.
