
Beef Stroganoff made from soy meat

The recipe won't take much time. Here is a simple recipe for soy meat beef stroganoff. Boil the soy meat until cooked, then marinate it in mustard, mayonnaise, and spices. Fry onion and carrot in a pan, add the meat and sour cream, simmer until done. Serve with spaghetti, potatoes, rice, or buckwheat. Have a wonderful day. Serve hot.

Pour boiling water over the soy meat and cook for 20 minutes with the lid off.

Place the meat in a colander and gently press to remove excess liquid.
