
Beef Stroganoff with liver and sour cream
Description

Rinse the beef liver and remove the films and veins. Cut into long strips.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Lightly fry the liver in it.

Add the onion, sliced into half-rings. Stir and cook for another 3-4 minutes.

Meanwhile, dissolve one tablespoon of flour in 2/3 cup of cold water. Pour the mixture into a small saucepan and cook until thickened (2 minutes). Add 200 grams of sour cream and bring everything to a boil. Pour the prepared mixture over the liver. Stir and simmer, covered, for 3–4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
