1. Today I decided to make beef stroganoff using boiled beef, since I had leftover meat from borscht. My child really likes beef prepared this way.

2. Cut the boiled meat into strips and fry in a pan. Use a little olive oil for frying.

3. Slice the onion into rings while the meat is frying, and add it to the beef at the end. Rings look more attractive, but you can chop the onion to your liking.

4. At the end of frying, add sour cream, season with pepper and salt to taste. You can also prepare beef stroganoff from boiled meat at home with the addition of tomato paste—all according to your taste preferences.
