
Chicken breast beef stroganoff
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Of course, my recipe is more of a variation on the dish "Beef Stroganoff." The classic dish is prepared quite differently, but my version—serve hot.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Rinse the chicken breast under running water and dry it with paper towels.

Cut the chicken breast into slices, then cut into small pieces. Fry the meat over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

At the same time, in another skillet, sauté the chopped green onions and sliced carrots. Cook for a few minutes.

Then pour in the chicken broth and cream, add paprika, a little salt and black pepper. Simmer the contents of the skillet for a short while.

Put the fried chicken into the pan.
