Turkey thigh in a baking bag
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Using an oven bag helps retain the juiciness and tenderness of all ingredients. To prevent the meat from looking pale, cut open the bag before the cooking process is complete. This will allow the meat to brown while still keeping all the juices inside. The dish is ready to be served.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Rinse the turkey thigh under running water, then dry it with paper towels or a cloth.
- 2
Step 2

Peel the ginger and cut it into small pieces. Grind green onions, garlic, hot and bell peppers, as well as the chopped ginger using a blender or meat grinder. Add vinegar and soy sauce to the resulting paste and mix well.
- 3
Step 3

Rub the turkey thigh with the resulting mixture and let it marinate in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
- 4
Step 4

Take the meat out of the refrigerator and transfer it to an oven bag.
- 5
Step 5

Roast the turkey thigh in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for one hour. Open the roasting bag 10-15 minutes before the end of cooking to form a crispy crust.
