Description
The recipe won't take much time. I'll show you. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Peel the onion, wash it, and finely chop (or slice into half-rings, as desired). Place it in a heated frying pan with vegetable oil and fry until golden brown.
- 2
Step 2

2. While the onion is frying, wash the turkey thigh fillet (if you have a whole bone-in thigh, remove the bone first) and cut it into small pieces. Add to the pan with the fried onion.
- 3
Step 3

3. Mix the sautéed onion with the chopped turkey thigh fillet, cover the pan with a lid, and simmer over low heat for about 20-25 minutes.
- 4
Step 4

4. When the turkey releases a lot of juice, open the lid, add salt and spices to taste, and mix well. You can use any spices you prefer, your favorites.
- 5
Step 5

5. Continue simmering the turkey uncovered until fully cooked, allowing excess liquid to evaporate. However, if there is no liquid left but the turkey is not yet done, you can add a small amount of hot water to the pan and continue simmering for some time with the lid on. The stewed turkey leg is ready!
