
Turkey thighs in a pan
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Pan-fried turkey is an incredibly delicious and exquisite dish, simple to prepare and yet capable of satisfying the gastronomic tastes of the most demanding gourmet. This dish pairs well with any side—be it potatoes, rice, or buckwheat. Serve hot.

On a hot skillet, sear the thighs on both sides in vegetable oil.

Sear the thighs until golden brown for 8 minutes on one side and 4-6 minutes on the other.

Transfer the thighs to a baking sheet, and in the same oil, sauté the vegetables.

Sauté the vegetables until golden, then add a sprig of rosemary.

Add garlic, thyme, and pour in red wine.

Simmer the vegetables over low heat until the wine is reduced by half.
