1. Prepare the necessary ingredients, let's get started!

2. Wash the meat, dry it, and cut into large pieces. Grind into minced meat using a meat grinder or food processor.

3. Peel the onion and chop it coarsely, then sauté it in a spoonful of vegetable oil until partially cooked. Add the mushrooms and cook until fully done, season with salt to taste.

4. Cut off the crusts from the bun, break the crumb into pieces by hand, pour over milk and leave for 10 minutes.

In a deep plate, combine all the ingredients for the patties: ground pork, sauerkraut, sour cream, bread roll (squeeze out the milk), egg, fried mushrooms with onions (after cooling, chop in a food processor or using a meat grinder). Mix the mince thoroughly, add salt, crushed garlic, and black pepper to taste.

6. With wet hands, shape the mixture into round or oval patties. Coat each patty in flour.

7. Sauté over medium heat using a mixture of vegetable and butter (ratio 1:1).
