Description
The recipe won't take much time. Fluffy, airy bauyrsaks—no Kazakh feast is complete without them. To prepare them, knead a yeast dough and let it rise. Then roll it out and cut into circles. Fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes. Now it's ready to serve. The pastry is done. Serve at the table.

Knead yeast dough from milk, sugar, sour cream, yeast, flour, and a pinch of salt. Let it sit in a warm place for half an hour.

Then roll it out into a sheet about 1 cm thick.

And cut small circles out of it. Let them rise for another 10 minutes.

Then fry them in hot oil until golden brown. Fry in small batches so the baursaks aren't crowded in the pot. Each batch should be fried for about 2-3 minutes.
