
Baurzaki with milk
Description
Homemade pastries for tea. Preparing milk-based baursaki at home takes at least 3 hours. Since baursaki are made from yeast dough, it needs time to rise. After that, you just shape the dough into small circles and fry them in vegetable oil. Serve warm or cooled. Perfect with tea.

Into a bowl with warm milk, add yeast and sugar. Mix the yeast mixture and let it sit for 15 minutes.

Add the flour to the bowl with the mixture. Sift the flour through a sieve. Pour into the bowl a glass of water with dissolved salt.

Knead the dough, adding the egg into it. Continue kneading until the dough becomes smooth and uniform in consistency.

Let the dough rise for a couple of hours. After one hour, press it down. Now the dough is ready and can be divided into portions.

Roll out the dough into circles, let them rise for 20 minutes, then place them into a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry until the baursaks turn golden brown.
