
Cashew Nut Bars

1. Chop the dates to make approximately 1 cup. Place the dates, cashews, oats, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt into a food processor.

2. Stir for about 30 seconds. Grease the surface of a 20x20 cm square baking tray with coconut oil.

3. Place the oat mixture on a baking sheet and level the surface with your hands.

4. Evenly press the mixture down onto the baking sheet, then cover it with parchment paper.

5. Place the tray in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Once the muesli bars are ready, take them out of the refrigerator and cut into 5 cm squares.

6. Store the bars in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 2 months. If served at room temperature, the bars will be too soft and sticky. It is best to serve them straight from the freezer.
