Instructions
- 1
Step 1

It's best to lay out all the ingredients on the table at once.
- 2
Step 2

Put all the flour into a large bowl, add salt, and crack in the eggs.
- 3
Step 3

Knead the dough until it is no longer sticky, shape it into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and let it rest on the kitchen counter for an hour.
- 4
Step 4

Then roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a sheet 1-2 mm thick. Cut into strips.
- 5
Step 5

Cut the strips into thin strips.
- 6
Step 6

In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, heat 300 ml of vegetable oil over medium heat and fry the dough strips in batches until golden brown.
- 7
Step 7

Then, using a slotted spoon, transfer the fried dough into a large bowl.
- 8
Step 8

Prepare the honey syrup. Place all the sugar into a saucepan and add honey. Over low heat, constantly stirring with a spoon and without bringing to a boil, wait until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- 9
Step 9

Then pour the hot honey syrup (preferably in small portions) over the fried pieces of dough in a bowl. Transfer the entire mixture onto a flat serving dish and, with moistened hands, press and shape it into a mound. Serve.
