
Lamb leg
Description
Baked lamb leg is an excellent main dish. It pairs well with roasted vegetables, pea, potato, or broccoli mash, green salad, or fresh vegetable salad. Rosemary and garlic are perfect seasonings for this dish. The meat turns out tender, juicy, and incredibly delicious.

1. Peel the garlic, cut each clove into several pieces. Finely chop a few sprigs of rosemary.

2. Wash and dry the meat, then make deep cuts all over the leg with a sharp knife.

3. Stuff each slit with garlic and herbs.

4. Mix salt, sugar, and pepper. Generously rub the mixture all over the leg. Roast the lamb leg at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, then reduce the heat to 165 degrees and continue roasting until the internal temperature reaches 60-65 degrees.
