Lamb in wine

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I've cooked lamb many times before, usually stewing it with vegetables or baking it in the oven. Recently, however, I decided to try making lamb in wine at home. I went through numerous recipes and eventually settled on one of the simplest ones—I'm not fond of complicated kitchen procedures. Overall, I needed just a few ingredients: meat, onion, wine, and spices—mix everything together, put it in the oven, wait about an hour and a half, and it's ready. The wine truly gives the meat a special, noble aroma and flavor, making the dish very interesting and incredibly delicious. Since the experiment turned out successful, now I can share this recipe for lamb in wine with you. I hope you'll appreciate it. The dish is ready to be served.
