Lamb in tomato sauce
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Since most men can't live without meat, every homemaker should have a tasty and filling meat recipe on hand. In my family, whenever I need to quickly feed everyone, I usually prepare lamb in tomato sauce at home. Lamb is quite nutritious on its own, but when combined with tomato sauce, the meat becomes incredibly delicious and tender. My husband, as well as everyone who has tried this dish, has been absolutely delighted, so I'm happy to share with you my recipe for lamb in tomato sauce. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

First, we rinse the lamb and place it into heated vegetable oil. Cover the dish with lamb with a lid and simmer the meat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until all the meat juice has evaporated.
- 2
Step 2

While the meat is simmering, we peel the onion and cut it into small cubes.

Step 3

Grate the tomatoes on a fine grater until they turn into a puree, or peel them and blend in a blender.
- 4
Step 4

Once the lamb juice has evaporated and the meat begins to brown, transfer it to a cauldron, add salt and onion. Fry over medium heat until the onion becomes soft.
- 5
Step 5

After that, pour the tomato paste into the cauldron, mix everything and bring to a boil, then simmer the lamb over low heat for 20-25 minutes.

Step 6

Then season the dish with ground pepper and salt to taste, continue simmering.
- 7
Step 7

Peel the garlic and chop it together with the fresh herbs.
- 8
Step 8

Then add the garlic and herbs to the pot, mix everything and leave on the heat for just 1-2 minutes, then remove from the heat.

Step 9

Serve the cooked lamb with any side dish of your choice.
