Lamb in beer with vegetables
Description
This recipe won't take much time. Lamb with vegetables in beer can be prepared for lunch, dinner, or a festive table. First, we sear the meat and vegetables, then simmer over medium-low heat for an hour and a half. Fresh herbs such as dill, parsley, or tarragon are a great addition if you have them. Use light, low-alcohol beer. Now, let's start cooking. Lamb with vegetables in beer is very easy to prepare. 1. Rinse the lamb under running water, dry it, and cut into cubes. 2. Wash the potatoes and tomatoes. Peel the potatoes, blanch the tomatoes in boiling water to remove their skins, then cut both into large cubes. 3. Wash the onion, garlic, and herbs. Peel and finely chop them. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a pot and lightly sear the meat. 5. Add onion and potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and fry together for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally. 6. Add tomatoes, garlic, beer, and half of the chopped dill to the pot. Simmer for one and a half hours. Serve the finished dish hot, sprinkled with the remaining dill.
