Lamb baked in an oven bag
Description
The recipe won't take much time. An oven roasting bag is a useful thing. Food cooked in it retains its own juices, and there's no need to wash the baking tray afterward. Simple and convenient! Roast the lamb as follows: 1. Press the garlic, then mix it with grated ginger and spices. 2. Wash the meat, dry it, and rub it with the garlic and spice mixture. 3. Peel the potatoes and carrots, then cut them into large pieces. 4. Place the lamb into the roasting bag, arrange the vegetable pieces around it, and sprinkle with prunes. Add salt and pepper. 5. Seal the edges of the bag and place it in the oven for an hour and a half at 180°C (356°F). 6. Then cut open the top of the bag so the lamb can brown, and bake for another 20 minutes. Serve hot with the vegetables.
