Lamb in a multicooker

120 min4 serv.19 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Before starting, turn on the multicooker in "Sauté" mode and set the timer for 15 minutes. 1. While the multicooker is heating up, peel, rinse, and chop the onion and carrot. Cut the onion into half-rings and the carrot into rounds. Pour oil into the multicooker and sauté the onion and carrot. 2. Then add chopped tomatoes and continue sautéing, stirring occasionally, for another 7–8 minutes. By the way, I recommend peeling the tomatoes. To do this, dip them in boiling water for a couple of minutes before cooking, then easily remove the skin. 3. The sautéing time is enough to cut the lamb into large pieces. Once the time is up, add the meat to the multicooker. Add salt, pour in a glass of water, switch to "Stewing" mode, and cook for 40 minutes. Occasionally open the lid and stir. 4. Then add peeled potatoes, cut into quarters, and continue stewing for another 30 minutes. 5. Five minutes before the end, add finely chopped parsley and dill, as well as garlic. Stir. Turn off the multicooker, let it stand for 10–15 minutes, then serve hot.
