Lamb in a clay pot
Description
This is a very aromatic dish due to the abundance of spices, as is customary in Eastern cuisine. Yogurt tenderizes the meat, making it tender and soft. Add vegetables to the dish if desired. Serve lamb in clay pots with vegetables and fresh herbs: cilantro, parsley, and dill.
