Lamb stewed with fennel
Description
Lamb stewed with fennel is prepared simultaneously in two frying pans. First, work on the meat. Once it turns golden brown, pour in the wine and simmer. Now it's time for the onion and fennel. Slice the fennel into strips; it's the same color as the onion. Sauté the onion very carefully, making sure it doesn't burn. Then combine the contents of both pans and simmer for about an hour. Cooking time always depends on the tenderness of the meat! Remember, a ready dish emits a special aroma, as if saying, "I'm ready!" Good luck and enjoy!
