Lamb with mint sauce

Description

The recipe won't take much time. To prevent lamb from having its specific odor, mint is added during cooking. You can serve roasted lamb with a mint sauce and enjoy the excellent taste of this dish with your family. Choose the hind leg portion of the lamb for roasting—it has more meat and turns out juicier and more tender. Serve hot.
