Lamb with pasta
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I don't know about others, but personally, for a delicious and hearty dinner, I need two components: meat, preferably lamb, and any side dish. There are many ways to combine these two ingredients, but I'll share with you the simplest and tastiest one. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, we need to remove the films, excess fat, and tendons from the meat, then thoroughly rinse the lamb under running water and dry it with paper towels.
- 2
Step 2

Cut the lamb into not very large pieces.
- 3
Step 3

Next, peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 4
Step 4

We also peel the onion and cut it into small cubes.
- 5
Step 5

Place the pan on the stove and melt the butter in it (or heat the vegetable oil). Add the onion and garlic to the oil and fry until golden brown.
- 6
Step 6

After that, add the sliced meat, season with salt and pepper to taste, and fry for a couple of minutes until a crust forms.
- 7
Step 7

Now pour in water until it covers the meat halfway, add the juice of half a lemon, and simmer the lamb, covered, over low heat for 1.5 hours.
- 8
Step 8

About 15-20 minutes before the meat is ready, start boiling the pasta in slightly salted water.
- 9
Step 9

Cut the feta cheese into thin, elongated slices. You can use a different cheese in principle, but it tastes much better with feta.
- 10
Step 10

Drained pasta is placed on a colander and transferred to a plate. Top with pieces of lamb and onions, and slices of brined cheese. Sprinkle everything with fresh dill and serve.
