Lamb with cauliflower and sauce
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees. In a small bowl, mix yogurt, cilantro, lemon juice, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper, then set the sauce aside. Cook rice according to the package instructions and set aside. Cut cauliflower into pieces and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with curry. Season with salt and pepper. Bake, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender and browned, for 25 to 30 minutes. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 teaspoon of salt. Sear 4 lamb chops on both sides, 2 to 4 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate. Wipe the skillet with a paper towel. Repeat with the remaining lamb. Serve the lamb with rice, cauliflower, and yogurt sauce. The dish is ready to be served.
