
Uzbek-style lamb
Description
As you can see, the Uzbek-style lamb recipe is not complicated at all. Quite the opposite—it's easy for anyone to master. The dish turns out incredibly delicious; I've never tasted such tender lamb. And prunes fit perfectly into the flavor harmony, too. In short, it's an excellent dish—I recommend it to everyone. Uzbek-style lamb is truly delicious. After all, who knows how to cook lamb better than the Uzbeks, right? :)

Step 1

Cut the lamb into large pieces, place in boiling water, and cook until the lamb becomes tender.

In a skillet, sauté the onion and garlic. Then add the flour, sauté while stirring quickly, and pour in a small amount (half a cup) of broth.

Add lamb, spices, and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.

Add the prunes and chopped walnuts, and simmer for another 10 minutes over low heat.

You can remove from heat and serve.
