
Lamb (rib rack) with potatoes

Prepare the ingredients.

In a separate container, mix olive oil, crushed garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Stir well and set aside.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into large pieces.

Rinse the meat and pat it dry with a paper towel.

Cut the rack into pieces along the ribs and fry on a preheated pan until golden brown on both sides. Once the lamb is fried, transfer it to a plate, then season with salt and spices to taste.

In the same oil where the lamb was fried, fry the potatoes.

Place the potatoes on the bottom of the baking tray, put the pork loin on top, and pour over the now well-infused aromatic oil. Place the tray in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
