Lamb chops in a pan
Description
Of course, you wouldn't want to cook lamb chops in a skillet at home every day. Marinating them is simply too much trouble. For me, for instance, I'm always missing one ingredient or another. But these are perfect for serving guests before a holiday! Then you can, as they say, go out and buy whatever you need. So I'm sharing my recipe for skillet-cooked lamb chops, and I hope you'll enjoy it.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Place the ribs in a baking dish and prepare a marinade from onion, garlic, oil, lemon juice, vinegar, and soy sauce. You can also add spices.

Step 2

2. It is recommended to marinate the ribs as long as possible, preferably overnight. Then sear them in a pan on all sides. Do not discard the marinade.

Step 3

3. Place the cooked ribs back into the baking dish and brush each rib on all sides with the remaining marinade. Let them sit like this while preparing the side dish.

Step 4

4. When the side dish is ready (in this case, couscous), pile it up in a mound and serve with the ribs.
