1. The recipe for fried lamb ribs begins with the preparation process. Wash and dry the ribs. Cut them into small pieces, removing excess fat. Wash the carrots, peel and dice them (or grate on a coarse grater). Peel the onions and finely chop them. Peel the garlic.

2. Pour vegetable oil into a skillet and heat it well. Add the trimmed fat and fry until a brown crust forms. It should render out as much as possible.
