
Banush in a multicooker
Description

It is cooked from finely ground cornmeal. We will prepare banush in a multicooker with a mushroom sauce. All you need is a multicooker and a little inspiration. Follow the recipe and good luck! First, mix the sour cream in a small amount of water, then add the cream to it. Transfer everything to a multicooker, set the "Steam cooking" mode, and add salt.

Add the cornmeal, pouring it carefully. Then thoroughly mix everything. Set the multicooker to the "Stewing" mode. Wait for 30 minutes.

While the banush is resting, let's prepare the mushroom sauce. Finely chop an onion and sauté it in a pan with mushrooms. Then simmer for 15 minutes and add a spoonful of sour cream on top.

The banush is ready. Place it on a plate (you can shape it into a round form, as shown in the photo). Pour the mushroom sauce on top. Optionally, you can crumble some more brinza cheese over it.
